Low fruit –  bananas, blueberries, cantaloupe, dragonfruit, grapefruit, honeydew melon, grapes, all citrus, kiwi, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry, passionfruit, rhubarb.

Low veg- leafy greens (rocket, silverbeet), green beans, cabbage, capsicum, broccoli, zuchinni, cucumber, eggplant, fennel, kale, lettuce, okra, parsnip, potato, pumpkin (not butternut), radish, squash, sweet potato, tomato, turnip, carrot.
