There are returns/refund policies relating to the following:
Fresh Produce, Wholefoods Products, and/or Specialty Items from The Organic Butler.
We do not offer refunds/returns or credits for a change of mind purchase.

Credits will be issued against the members account in the following circumstances:
- When an item is not available – they have a choice to select a credit or a substitute at check out.
- When an item is found to be damaged or rotten on arrival – a photo must be submitted directly to email@example.com within the same day post delivery.
Wholefoods Products and Specialty Items
We will replace or refund once the item is returned in complete, unused and original packaging for a full refund.
If your item is found dead on arrival – please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund or have a replacement product sent to you.
