Returns Policy

There are returns/refund policies relating to the following:

Fresh Produce, Wholefoods Products, and/or Specialty Items from The Organic Butler.

 

We do not offer refunds/returns or credits for a change of mind purchase.

Fresh Produce
Credits will be issued against the members account in the following circumstances:

  • When an item is not available – they have a choice to select a credit or a substitute at check out.
  • When an item is found to be damaged or rotten on arrival – a photo must be submitted directly to service@theorganicbutler.com.au within the same day post delivery. 

Wholefoods Products and Specialty Items 

We will replace or refund once the item is returned in complete, unused and original packaging for a full refund.

Kitchen Appliances/Tools
If your item is found dead on arrival – please email service@theorganicbutler.com.au for a full refund or have a replacement product sent to you.
